Do you accept backorders?
Yes, we accept backorders on some of the products. However, some of the models are unique and cannot be identically reproduced. However, we can try to accommodate your wish and see what we can do to provide you with a similar product. The best option here is to use the email us providing as many details as you can about your request.
What happens if I don’t like the product?
If you are dissatisfied with the product, use the email us providing as many details as you can about the reasons of your dissatisfaction.
Products can be returned within a week from receipt, provided they haven’t been worn.
How long does shipping take?
In our experience, domestic order can be delivered within 48 hours. It can take a week for orders to European destinations and up to two weeks for overseas orders.
How do I order?
It’s easy to shop on Forever Handmade! Browse our products, make your pick and hit the “Add to cart” button. Once you are done shopping, go to your cart and proceed to check out. You will need to make the payment using your Paypal account or your credit card before the order can be processed and the products delivered.
Can I pay for the products upon delivery?
For the time being, we only process orders with upfront payments. Payment needs to be fully processed before we deliver the merchandise.
I really like a product, but I fancy it in a different color. What should I do?
We just love getting custom orders. So, if you fancy a certain product, but would like it in a different color, use the email us providing as many details as you can about your request.
